b777 and a rant against maths
anyway, exactly 2 weeks later i'll be at marina bay watching the ndp preview with the frenchies and the krauts! i'm damn nervous cos i don't know what my buddy'll think of singapore... won't help if she has been here before...
here's a glimpse of the plane we'll be flying on...

it is a 773 because:
1) it has no winglets (so it's not an a330)
2) it has 6 wheels on each landing gear (it's definitely a 777)
3) and it has 5 doors on each side of the fuselage (so it's not a 772 - which has 4)
773s are beauties because they are uber long and huge and they make a great deal of noise. and they have really handsome-looking GE90 engines. they look like typical engines, unlike those on 731s and 732s, and on some 742s. my personal favourite engine is the trent 500 because they look so smart on the a340s. hehe.
I LOVE PLANES SO MUCH <3
i cannot cannot cannot stand maths lessons already. and this is serious because if i fail maths, which is a real possibility, i'll have to kiss goodbye to my pilot dream. i saw this magazine in the library about the lucky peeps from syfc going to langkawi. i don't envy them going to langkawi but i envy them cos they're in syfc. i looked at the pictures of the students folding paper planes and how i wished i were one of them. think, one day they'll be flying PA-28s and then maybe a320s and then b777s and maybe the a380.
and i'm losing interest in maths because of HER. i can't seem to be able to pay attention during lessons because of HER. her lessons are so pathetically boring, and it doesn't help that we're the only sec3 class that SHE teaches. i told my cousin, if i fail maths, she'll be the one that will have wrecked my future.
so i have decided i'm going to have a tuition teacher. the lessons will replace the maths lessons. and for my part i'll work hard (minus handing up the homework of course). i have pasted posters with 'goal: syfc' around the house to remind me of my dream and the things i have to do to achieve it.
