another rant, this time it's against chinese
my morning's going to suck. i have CHINESE tuition later at 10am!!! i don't mind speaking chinese (i even despise chinese who can't speak a word of chinese) but i fucking hate taking chinese as a subject! the format of the test paper is so fucked up! especially the cloze passage! i find it damn unfair that the chinese and english papers are of different formats. because to the china scholars, the cloze passage in the chinese paper is like the vocab multiple choice that we used to do in pri school. if you know enough chinese words cloze passage will be a breeze.
i tell you, if english had cloze passage, we'd all be getting As.
moving to other things, yesterday i felt like an aging oldie. i had muscle aches all over and it was unlike any muscle aches i had ever experienced. my legs hurt so much i couldn't lift them! what's more, i also had the worse sunburn i've ever had. yeah my skin hurt damn much. my scalp (yes scalp) wasn't spared either.
yeah and yesterday i managed to land my A350 safely back at changi airport after flying north to malaysia! although i used the wrong runway - 20L instead of 2R, that's cos i missed the runway while turning to final, haha! and at night i tried landing my cessna at CDG (paris' charles de gaulle airport) and for the FIRST time, i managed to align my plane with the runway. but i used the wrong runway, again! at first ATC told me to use 9L, but i requested 8L, because it was the runway i used to take off. in the end i landed at 9L! my landing wasn't smooth either because i was too high. i began to panic as i approached the runway and my nose was pitching downwards and when i hit the ground i bounced up a few metres haha! but it was a safe landing anyway. :D the ATC told me to taxi to parking and yeah i never knew CDG was THAT big. had to taxi for so damn long to my parking lot haha.
i love flight sim!!! <3
