8 december!!!!!!!!
it was the festival of lights à la lyonnais!!!! it was to thank some saint for saving the town from an epidemic a few hundreds of years ago, or so the legend goes. on the 8th of december everybody put candles on the windows and everywhere is lighted up and there are fabulous light shows all over town. of course, being a shutter bug, i took some many pictures of the lights. and yes, they were really taken by me...

yeah yeah yeah check out this photo!!!!! i think it's the best best best bestest photo that i've taken in this whole trip!!!! yes it trumps the one that i submitted to a.net in my opinion!!!!!!!!! :D
