lame christmas post
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
hehe for some reason i'm really looking forward to 2009!!! i think it's partly because of the camera! my parents said they'll buy for me after the o levels! read: this means i don't need to skip recess/lunch to save money! but i told them saving up is more fun! but they said that i couldn't starve myself just for a camera.
and i have set my sights on a different camera! (i'm indecisive, i know) a (second hand) 450D body. then for the lens i'll get a 17-85mm second hand too. i'll drop the wide angle because after extensive research on the net, i realised that the 'wide angle' lens won't make much difference due to the 1.6 crop factor. and anyway i'm not in st maarten so i don't need a wide angle. next time i'll save up for the 10-20mm and 100-400mm lenses.
i'm going to marina bay for the countdown! i'm so excited. actually i'm going there not because i want to soak in the atmosphere, but because i want to take fireworks shots. i know the right exposure for the best results and i'm borrowing my dad's tripod. i can't wait!!!! i have this feeling that i'll take lots more shots like this:
